Coming up soon: on July 11 our Conversation Cafe will discuss “The Power of Words.” A broad topic, to be sure, and open to different interpretations. Ideas – the power of words to change you, to make you think; the power of keeping your word to create honor and trust while breaking your word may destroy your self-respect and the respect of others; the power of words to inflict pain, to manipulate, or to express love or friendship. 
Words can be beautiful or ugly. There is magic in words, they are powerful things.
