We have 33 shelf-feet of cookbooks…all kinds to suit every taste:  International cookbooks, U.S. regional, simple recipes, exotic recipes, breads, desserts, special diets, and collectible cookbooks.  How about a recipe for “pioneer squirrel pie” from the “Ozark Vittles” cookbook?  Ok, how about some old-fashioned strawberry cheesecake from “Cheesecake Madness,” or gingerbread from “Colonial Cooking”?
